The UCPA production facility is located in Napoleon, Ohio and is geared to the formulation and/or packaging of emulsifiable concentrates, water soluble products, liquid flowables, and dry products. In July 1999, the facility received an ISO 9002 Certification on its first audit, and has received successful reviews every six months since the initial approval. UPCA also operates under environmentally sound methods, including the analysis of rainwater found on the plant site.

The Napoleon facility provides a wide range of packaging capabilities. Liquid packaging ranges from 8 oz. bottles to tank trucks and 1 lb. to 50 lbs. for dry product packaging. Various types of containers can be filled on all product lines. Contract production for basic manufacturers and other distributors is a growing part of UCPA's business at the facility.

The primary products packaged at the plant are herbicides, specialty products (crop oils, surfactants, deposition aids), insecticides, granular products, rodenticides and fungicides. Production is performed under the UCPA label, customers' private labels and contract production customer labels.

Located on approximately 8 acres of land in an industrial park, the plant area covers approximately 60,000 square feet under one roof. This is divided into formulation areas, packaging areas, and storage areas.
